How To Contact A Stylist:
Each stylist is in charge of booking their own appointments. You contact each stylist directly to book an appointment.
Not sure who to book with, you can contact our salon and we can help put you with someone who will fit your needs.
We prefer texting to contact us. We are behind the chair full-time & sometimes it is hard to answer the phone.
All stylists plus the salon can receive texts.
Please allow 48 hours from each stylist to reply and 1-2 business days from the salon.

Booking Policy:
Tousled and Teased Salon Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Notice:
- We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
